This makes sense. Eating like our ancient ancestors used to. If I can hunt it, track it, forage for it, steal it or otherwise use my body as a physical means of procuring it, (crushing cornmeal doesn’t count, I don’t think…nor does stealing candy from a bebe) then I will consume it.

Evidently it includes nuts, meats, veggies, and fruits. No wheat, dairy, breads, cheese (sigh), crackers (double sigh) or things of any processed nature.

I think I’m going to try it!
